What
are CASA meetings like?
While every meeting
is unique, the basic structure allows
for each person to express his or
her feelings, circumstances and own
insights about the behavior and how
to stop it. We learn from hearing
ourselves, as well as listening to
others. Laughter and tears, questions
and comments, and engaging dialogue
are all common.
We can help...
people help themselves:
- Overcome legal troubles
- Strengthen sense of self
- Heal emotional wounds
- Rebuild relationships
- Live more honestly and peacefully
- Increase self control and self-awareness
- Experience great joy
- Feel!
- Help others
